Shazli Abdalla is a Sudanese sports governance adviser and author based in Riyadh. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he has more than fifteen years of professional experience, over seven of them in sports governance. He is the author of the memoir Zil Alfikra (2025) and of The Economics of Oversight, forthcoming in Arabic and English, and he writes and speaks in both languages on what governance is worth and how to measure it.

شاذلي عبدالله مستشار سوداني في الحوكمة الرياضية ومؤلف، مقيم في الرياض. مراجع داخلي معتمد (CIA) ومحترف معتمد في إدارة المشاريع (PMP)، له أكثر من خمسة عشر عاما من الخبرة المهنية، منها أكثر من سبعة أعوام في حوكمة الرياضة. صدر له كتاب السيرة ظل الفكرة (2025)، ويصدر له قريبا كتاب اقتصاديات الحوكمة بالعربية والإنجليزية، ويكتب ويحاضر باللغتين عن قيمة الحوكمة وكيف نقيسها.
